Title: Change decimal separator

Hi, do you know how i can change the decimal separator, currently my Abantecart is using comma (,) character but i need use the dot (.) character... my Abantecart version is: 1.1.9

This is set in language definition for key decimal_point

Go to System -> Localization -> Language Definitions and filter by decimal_point key
