Title: Non physical product

A product I wish to sell via my site requires an application form to be completed (basically paid membership of an organisation)

I want to prevent them adding it to cart, they must buy through another website, where they complete a form, but would like it to show as an item they can purchase

Any clues as to whether this is possible and how I would present the product and set up linkage?
