In abantecart is there any extension or any custom code can work that is able to send automatic message direct to user's mobile after placing an order, and after delivery as well as status change.
Is there any custom code.

Core AbanteCart can send emails. If you create SMS extension you can sell it at AbanteCart Marketplace http://marketplace.abantecart.com/developer-faq
