Title: Contact form gone after update

Hello,

I just updated from 1.2.2 to 1.2.3. I notice now that when I click on 'contact' in the footer and it takes me to the contact page that the form is now gone. It was working before the update. Was there something possibly changed with the update?

I have gone into admin and checked under 'forms manager' and it is set to 'on'. Everything seems to be the way it was before the update but it's not showing up.

Any ideas on what to do?

You can check Contact Us form in the form manager (Admin-Design-Form manager (http://www.abantecart.com/ecommerce-documentation/admin-user-manual/design/forms-manager))
