Title: Tracking code problem

Where do you put the web tracking code to track web visitors. I put it in the /common/footer.tpl
it says it is working but it does not show any visits but the cart show customers in the reports customers online.

What I did was just created a new html block in all my templates and stuck it there.  That way, if any pages are hit, they trigger the tracking html block too...It seems to work unless they are doing private browsing I think.

admin menu System->settings->general, see field "Google Analytics Account Number" at the bottom
