Title: forbidden access to index.php

Hi,
I am getting - forbidden access to index.php - alerts on two pages in the admin area (see attached screenshot)

• When editing a product, but only on the 'Media' tab
• When editing a 'Manufacturer'

Everything else seems to work ok.
