Title: Can't turn on coupon?

Hey guys,
I can't seem to activate any coupons. When I set the status to ON, save and then refresh it is off again. I must be doing something wrong.
Attached are some screen shots to hopefully help pinpoint my error!

in the screen shot you have the beginning date for 12/31/2015  which is in the future.  Could this be your issue?

Yup..... The weird thing is I had it as October 1st originally and it wasn't working. Now it seems to be. I must have fixed the original issue but in the process created a new one with the date.
