When a customer forgets his password and requests a new one, he receives a new one by email but that password is not recognized when he tries to login to complete his purchase. Has anybody any idea why this should be so? Thanks

I have nothing in the error log
Problem now solved. My Finger trouble I was trying to log in with my email address instead of my user name. Thanks for taking the troub le to help
