Hi, I am a newbie. Appreciate if you can help me how to change the default template to template2.

what version of Abantecart are you using? You MUST check the template that you wish to use to see if it supports the version of Abantecart you are using.

Template 2 only works with Abantecart Versions thur 1.1.8.

The most current version of Abantecart is 1.2.5. If you are new you are probably using 1.2.4 or 1.2.5 - you will need to find a different template.
