Hello
I am having trouble logging into the admin of my cart. I have tried the password reset password button, but I have not received en e-mail to do a reset yet. I am not sure where to go to get the info I need or to reset anything if needed. Can anyone help?

Hello.
First you need check your AbanteCart error log - you can locate error log directly in the file /system/logs/error.txt
Some errors may help to indicate what is wrong (for example http://forum.abantecart.com/index.php/topic,2573.msg10924.html#msg10924).
In case you have problem with Mail settings and your server can not send reset email try to change Mail setting in database http://forum.abantecart.com/index.php/topic,711.msg2481.html#msg2481
Also you can try a simple hack to get your temporary password to be displayed but this will work in case your mail is work.

I am by no means a coder. I just need to reset the password. The email address I am using is outlook. I am hosted with InMotion. I do not get any error messages. It tells me it sent the reset link. But I have not received it. If I cannot get help, I will need to search for another cart system.
