Title: How to add Rupee as default currency?

Hi How do i add rupee to the currency? There's only dollor, euro and pound visible.

Currency Title: Rupee

Code: INR

Symbol Left: ??? how to type the rupee symbol

Symbol Right:

Decimal Places: for rupee it will be .00?
Value: i want to keep this as default currency, so i guess it should be 1.00000
(The currency value compared to your default currency. If the currency you are entering is going to be your default currency you should set the value to 1.00000. The currency value will change automatically if you have auto update currency set to yes.)

Status: Currency status will determine if the currency is displayed on the front of site.

To insert rupee copy this ₹ symbol and paste

How do i set the auto update for currency value pl?

I tried putting 1.00000 but its not updating both ways.

Did you change another currency with 1.0000 value?

dollar also had the same value.

I checked in xe.com and added the rupee value, and kept the dollar as default.

Where is the autoupdate option pl?

Go to System > Settings > Details and look for Auto Update Currency
