Title: Drop down Menu

How do i make the drop down menu to show upto level three on the right side like in this example?

Anybody has the code to make it happen pl.

this is managed in categories/subcategories

But it is not showing like the java scripts drop down sub menus, like in the pic i uploaded.
Any way to make it happen with mouse hover function?
