Since a couple of days when someone is buying an article on the shopping cart the fedex shipping is at 0$. I didn't change anything and at Fedex they say that they recived the order, so the shipping worked for them. But he haven't been charge to the client. Anyone can help.

Please clear AbanteCart cache and recheck all shipping related settings:
- check product have weight/weight class/ required shipping settings is On/ Free shipping settings is OFF
- recheck your Fedex extension settings and click save

I've did all that. I even delete the folder from fedex and reinstall it completely and it's always showing 0'00$ for the shipping on both Fedex options.

Usually this mean you have enabled free shipping

I've just check there's no free shipping on any article. The extensions is even not installed.

You could have also had free shipping for a particular item. Also, it might help to debug it if you post the URL so someone can reproduce the problem (this is the number 1 way to get help from the others/developers if it's an actual bug/etc...)

This is designmi.ca/boutique. The shopping card is in french. The only thing is that I had to remove the fedex option for making sure that any other order can be place with fedex shipping. If it's possible for the person to let me know when he's gonna check it, I will activate the extension.

Suggestion - create one more private AbanteCart installation somewhere on your host and try to replicate issue. This will help you to not broke live store.
