Which are the pages where google reCAPTCHA script has to be put in order to enable n make google reCAPTCHA API functioning?

Where does the step 2 code go?

you should just add your site key and your secret key within your Admin dashboard

on system > General >
in the fields at the bottom on the form
Google reCAPTCHA Site Key
Google reCAPTCHA Secret Key:

The core code takes care of the rest.
