Title: External links where Category links are

Hi,

I'm very new to this shopping cart software.  I was just wondering if it was possible to set a URL for one of the category items instead of using it to add products.  For instance here is a link of the site I'm trying to setup (oops system won't let me post link

The menu item BLOG, I would like this to point to a blog  I have setup and would love to be just able to put in the url and when I click on BLOG, it would take me there. 

So I have under category links: Home | Products | Cocktail cabinets | Shipping | Blog | Contact Us

I would like the blog button to point to a URL of my choice

Is that possible or is there another way of doing this.

Try adding the blog to the menu - in your admin panel under Design > Menu
 It will show in the top header menu area and you can navigate to any URL of your choice.

See if this might work out for you,  There are other ways,  but this is the simplest for a newbie.

I'm not a newbie in html, css, I can get around.  I would prefer to have the link where I said.  What's involved?
