Title: ORDER ID

Dear Guys !

I would like to have ORDER ID start from 1001 with some 3 digit text, example like ' TWR1002'

where to do the changes. kindly guide me.

I believe you are looking for the Invoice ID
It can be set to whatever you,  and is found in the System > Settings > CheckOut
one field is for the INV prefix 
next filed is for the starting number

The Order ID should be thought of more correctly something the database sets and uses.
