Title: Forbidden - permission access to index.php message when accessing Media Manager

I just installed AbanteCart using cPanel on my hosting provider's server.  However, once I'm in the AbanteCart administration area and click on Media Manager, Send Mail, or anything in the System menu, I receive an error message that says "Forbidden - You don't have permission to access /[domain name]/index.php on this server.  Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request."

The hosting provider's tech support confirmed that all the permissions and ownership are correct. They also corrected the "rewritebase" parameter in the .htaccess file.  However, this did not help and the errors persist.

Any ideas?  Thanks.

Hello.

Ask your host support to disable or modify Mod security http://docs.abantecart.com/pages/tips/troubleshooting.html#mod_security
