Title: Layout & Blocks / Customer Block Missing

I believe the values that beazleybub refer to is the values of the parent_block_id in the block_templates table. There are 4 blocks that are not assigned to any layout. They are: account.tpl, breadcrumbs.tpl, customer.tpl and donate.tpl. These are based from the abantecart_database.sql which is located in the install folder.
