Title: missing text Estimate Shipping & Taxes

Hi

I need help I want to put  a text near  to the area region (Estimate Shipping & Taxes)
Do you have a  idea?

I don't believe there's a key for text_estimate_state. I modified the text_estimate_country in Language Definitions. It now reads "Country and State/Province" instead of "Country and State". Here are the instructions in case you want to do the same:

To Change Language Definition:

- Go to Admin > System > Localization > Language Definitions
- Type "text_estimate_country" in the Key box and press Enter.
- Type the text to be displayed (e.g. Country and State/Province)
