Title: Layout Manager

I have a problem with the Layout Manager admin page regarding the pages listed on the left (see screenshot).

1. I would like to remove the sample pages from the list. All samples and categories have been removed but these pages remain with no obvious way of deleting them.

2. What determines which pages are listed? For example, there is 1 Category page listed but a second category is not and I need to edit it?

This is build as you create a new custom layout for specific page, category, product, etc.
Once you delete page or product, etc, it is possible that layout was not deleted.

First, try to clean cache for layout in system -> cache.  This might fix the problem.
