Title: why I don't see the language block in the head section

As shown in the picture, in the admin, language block in enabled, but I don't see this on the front page.

I already installed the spanish language extension

Hello.

After extension installation you need enable language in System > Localization > Languages http://docs.abantecart.com/pages/localization/languages/edit_language.html
