I am trying to add a resource for a downloadable product, and every time I try to add a zip file, I get the following error: App Error: AbanteCart core v.1.2.7 Error: Cannot get image size of file /home/ezwebsitestore/public_html/resources/image/18/73/3.png. File not found or it's not an image! in /home/ezwebsitestore/public_html/core/helper/utils.php on line 1116.
I checked, and the file "resources/image/18/73/3.png" is there.
I am at a loss. Any help would be appreciated.
Brad
Hello.
Please check file permissions to resources/image/ files
Permissions are set to 755.
I performed a clean install of AbanteCart cart and still can not add a resource. This error pops up while uploading: "File MANUALS.zip (error_Some problem happen with file upload. Check error log for more information)"
I check the error log and there is nothing in the log.
Hello.
For the non-images files check permissions for folder and files in the resources/download/ folder
If you cart is 1.2.7 try to enable System Check in Admin > Settings after some time it will message you in admin about wrong file permissions.
I had the same problem and solved by making all files and subfolders under resources folder as 777. I used Filezilla to change file permissions.
I just updated to v1.2.8 and I don't get the side bar where images can be added anymore. It's literally just not there.
I am no longer able to upload resources from any admin panel: Media Manager, Product, Categories or Manufacturers.
Suggestions?

Can you please provide screenshot? Good point is to enable System check in the AbanteCart setting. After 5-10 minutes new messages will appear in admin if something found.
Also check for errors in the AbanteCart error log
See the attached screen shot of the media manager screen.
Thank you.
Clear browser cache and try to check again. If issue still there possibly not all files were upgraded
I did have to do a manual upgrade.
I'm not sure why it wouldn't upgrade automatically.
I tried errors only level 0 for admin but no Error log data is collected at that level when going to the media manager.
The cpanel error log shows a memory allocation issue.
I've checked my PHP.ini and my memory limit looks correct.
System resource folders where all 755 but I change all resource files and subfolders to 777 to test but made no difference.
