Title: Newsletter

How do I disable or delete the Newsletter? I tried to use the buttons and neither work.

You control the block via the layout 

go to design > layouts on your admin panel

find the block at the bottom of the page -  and choose to disable it,  or delete,  disable is probably better.

You may need to do so on EACH of your template pages.

and clear your system cache so the pages refresh after you changes.
