Title: Formatting changes on admin pages

Everything works beautifully then the format changes and prevents input.  This happens on both Chrome and Safari.  What can I do to prevent this?  The problem format is attached.

Possibly mod_secure prevent correct page loading please read http://docs.abantecart.com/pages/tips/troubleshooting.html#mod_security
