Title: Locked out of admin

I was unable to log into admin for some reason. So I resent a new password but this is not recogonised. I resent again and still not recognised. How can I fix this to log into admin section?

Yes, I already did all of that. My Hosting company fixed it for me and everything is now fine again

I don't know what caused the problem or what they did to fix it. They perhaps changed the PW in the database?
