Title: Email Confirmation not showing Total in Subject Field.

I just upgraded to new version of 1.2.8 and things are going well. One item I noticed is that in my testing the html email confirmations are not placing the total of the orders in the subject line like it used to. It just shows Bear Creek SWAG - Order 59 ()

No total between parentheses.  The line items and total in and subtotals are correct in the email not just the subject.

can you check table order_totals data in phpMyAdmin?
Do you see any rows with your order_id?
