Title: Is this a bug or a feature?
Post by: alevene on September 19, 2016, 04:36:40 PM
I am finishing a new 1.2.8 installation. When adding a product option to a product under options, and select text option, the system opens a text area box for insertion of content. The problem is that it doesn't save so the option is useless.

What am I doing wrong?

Hello.

Can you please post screenshot?

Here is the image. I clicked on global attributes, created a new product option called shipping. I edited the option for a test product and attempted to add a text description after adding the shipping option but it would not save the text message selected in option value.

I also noted that certain template images cannot be deleted even though they aren't linked to anything! Another feature?

Hi.

This question not related to this topic anyway what do you mean "can not be deleted"? Do you have error when delete some image?

This is one of the deleted template's images. They cannot be deleted although the images are not linked to anything.

I have seen this also and it appears to be a system image. It's not a problem unless you have a hosting service that is real strict on storage usage.

It could also be an awesomefont image that cannot be removed.

No biggie unless your hosting company is strict about storage.
