Title: Send Mail not working for newly imported customers

Hi,

I have just imported some customers for testing newsletter "Send Mail" option.. but the Send Mail option gives an error saying that the send mail will not work.. and the To list also does not have the options to add the group of people for newsletter.

please help..

Hello.

Do you have any mail related errors in the AbanteCart error log?
What about other mails: from contact us page, after order placed. Does they work for you?

Check Sales-->Customers   Are your imported customers listed as Newsletter Subscribers?  See attachment. From your screenshot, it doesn't look like you have any Newsletter Subscribers.

I had the same error when I first got setup.
