Hi,
Im busy setting up a shop. We've registered, and when we try an log in, we get the following error
Error: Incorrect login or password provided
We've confirmed the email that has been sent, and we've changed the password, and are still getting this error.
Please assist?

First of all try to login in another browser.
Do you have issue with admin login or customer's account login?

The issue is with the customer login.
Admin works perfectly. Tried from a different browser, and I get the same issue.

Do you get any error in the log after you try to login? What is the version?

When I log in my admin account, I noticed that admin needs to approve the customer.
Once approved, it worked.

By default this setting is OFF. If you forgot where is it go to System > Settings > Checkout section http://docs.abantecart.com/pages/settings/checkout.html
