Title: password reset problem from many days...pls help

Dear Sir I Have Created A Website from byethost.com through abnate cart...but i have forgetten my password..and when i am sending request to  reset it shows password send to my mail but i am not getting any mail..i tried many times since 15 days.

pls help...and also my website some time open and some time not open..from 2 days its not opening..

what can i do now...my all work gone wasted...

also i bought payumoney extension..that also wasted.

any solution give me....
