Title: VAT RATE 0%

Hello,
anyone can help and share how to assign VAT tax rate to '0',
as when I place 0 it says 'Tax Rate required!'
while printing booklets or leaflets
under some conditions is 0% VAT in the UK
So how can I set this up?

Hello.

You need to setup correctly your Tax Classes and Tax Rates http://docs.abantecart.com/pages/quickstart/setup_taxes.html
For specific products you can disable them for taxation so no tax will be applied
