After upgrading to AbanteCart 1.2.9 my Media Manager is not working for RaaniLakshmiBai.com. I have disabled all extensions.
Clicking on Images/PDFs takes me to RaaniLakshmiBai.com/# (my own website).
What do I do now?
Hello
First check errors in the AbanteCart error log. Possibly something is not updated but for me it looks like well know server misconfig with mod_security http://docs.abantecart.com/pages/tips/troubleshooting.html#mod_security
I don't know what to look for in the error log
Can you please guide me Basara?
I also don't understand what you mean when you say "well know server misconfig with mod_security"
From the link you gave, I added this to my htaccess file, but it didn't solve my problem
SecFilterInheritance Off
Can you please help me? Thanks in advance!
P.S.: I upgraded to 1.2.8 then immediately to 1.2.9 from 1.2.7.
Here is my error log attached.

Restore backup or try to load latest files from source https://github.com/abantecart/abantecart-src/
Any solution to this problem yet????
This issue still bugs me. No solution yet?
What if the Resource Library or Media Manager is NOT WORKING at all. Shows nothing when clicked on Images/PDFs/Videos under product, no way to upload new; instead takes me to my websites basic url followed by # like RaaniLakshmiBai.com/#
Basically full Resource Library / Media Manager is missing in my new update of AbanteCart 1.2.9
What to do?
Should I upgrade to yet another new version of 1.2.11?????????
Hello.
Once again your log full of errors like 11:48:26 - App Error: AbanteCart core v.1.2.9 Error: Unable to identify file path to template responses/common/resource_library_scripts.tpl!
Compare yout files with source for appropriate version. Some files are not upgraded or missing
I would suggest to reinstall AbanteCart of your version.
Before you do this, save your database (mysqldump or other mysql tools in phpmyadmin)
Also, backup your configuration file in system/config.php
After you reinstall, load database back and take encryption key from your old system/config.php
