Title: Categories lost it's page link

I have one of my Categories buttons on my main page lost it's correct page link my question is how to correct this I have tried to delete the Categories and make it again but no good it goes to the same page which gives me a 404 error it won't pull up any products or do anything but error what did I do ?

Check if SEO enabled. If enabled check that SEO is working.
If SEO is not working share the URL to the page with 404.
