Hi
I notice that there is differences in the statistics that we see on the Reports >>Customers >> online page and the stats on NeoWize and even on google analytics account.

which is more accurate? and why is there differences??

Can you provide more details? What is the difference? Are you comparing the same indicators?

Hi. Difference because how data is collected. For example if you customer have installed Adblock in the browser it will block Google Analytic data collection. Difference may be caused by bots (not real humans) visited your site so some report may show it as customer
