Hi my customer placed an order and the status in my admin panel shows denied.. but I see he has used his credit card to place an order... so what could be the possibility?
I see in documentation you have mentioned "Denied - an order which was denied by a seller;" but no one made change from admin panel..

what is your payment method?
If using Authorize Net, and if your settings there are set for Address Verification (and that is the default setting usually) and your customer is not using a payment address that matches the card number the payment will be denied by Authorize Net.
You can check your charge requests and results within your Authorize net account.
