What does this message mean?

Archive Error

Error: cannot to pack /home/mickchar/public_html/redeyeexpress.us/admin/system/data/export_03072017_024455.tar.gz

For some reason I can't import and export files. My web hosting company showed me where to find the files to export. I still can't figure out where to replace them at. Any help would be great. Thanks.

Hello.

This message mean AbanteCart was not able to archive export file on your server.
You can check admin/system/data/ folder for exported non-compressed file. Download it to your PC, change what you need and import via AbanteCart admin System > Data > Import

I can do that, but, It won't let me import either. Where do I replace the file at? The same place?
