COD is cash on delivery. It is not connected to the bank. Are you sure you are looking at the right extension?

only my store i have to put COD option in site only not showing all are option is open

Check that all the conditions, location, min/max and shipping selection meat the settings for COD.
Check if you have any restricted payment in a shipping extension settings.
