I have tried to get my confirmation emails to work but have had no luck.

I am using my own domain name as an email address yet I use office 365 outlook as email provider. I have used their SMTP settings but still nothing goes through.

My errors are:

2017-11-14 9:36:19 - warning: AbanteCart core v.1.2.11 fsockopen(): unable to connect to smtp.office365.com:587 (Connection timed out) in <b>/customers/1/6/5/hyatraining.co.uk/httpd.www/online/public_html/core/lib/mail.php</b> on line <b>283</b>

2017-11-14 9:36:19 - Error: Connection timed out (110)

Any help please?

Hello.

Your server was not able to connect office 365. Contact your hosting support for help
