Title: FedEx Shipping Module Not Working - Information Correct

I am having difficulty with the FedEx shipping module. I entered all of the required information but was unable to find my Production Key so I emailed FedEx. They responded with an Authentication Key, which I entered and still, the module fails to work. Is this not what I needed? I emailed FedEx back with a screenshot to show them exactly what information was required. I've checked and re-checked all the information and it is correct.

What error you got when click on Test Your Connection button?
