I installed a cart on my local computer server and did all my work there. So far so good. I did a full backup - database and system files using AbanteCart admin options.
Then installed a fresh AbanteCart cart on my hosting computer and uploaded database. So far so good.
Now, I uploaded all system files that I backed up from my local server installation to my hosting company installation. Now I can't log in to the admin of my hosted admin page. I can't reset my password either. Error is as if I'm entering wrong username and password.
Here is the error text I get in the error log file:

How can I fix this without being able to log in?

SOLVED !
Went to database and searched for user info. Used this info to request a new password and it worked.
Seems like this wasn't caused by uploading filed but by uploading database which had a different user name.
Oh well, hope this helps anyone who might get into the same dilemma.

For security reasons every installation unique with encryption key.
