Juz went live with my Eshop but customer reports this error message after paypal reports transaction successful ...

Payapl shows the transaction went thru, including all the duplicates the customer repeated because of the error messages. Since then I have disabled Fraudlabspro. Today, I updated to the new version but I'm hesitant to try again. Any suggestions what to fix and then to verify it works correct before enabling it again?

Hello.

Uninstall extension and install latest version. If issue is there try to contact extension developer at marketplace https://marketplace.abantecart.com/fraudlabspro

Hi,

Please make sure your MySQL user have the permission to update the table.
