Referring to hard print invoices from Sales > Orders > Print Invoice. How to add my logo to top of page like paypal, ebay, the rest...? Astonished this hasn't been addressed b4. Thanx.

try to hard code admin/view/default/template/pages/sale/order_invoices.tpl file
