I have gotten to this point so far.

AbanteCart Menu on left side of screen-Enter system>Date>Import and this is where I am stuck.

Any help would be wonderful.

In the import you can use image urls of path to files in the AbanteCart resource directory try create one product and export to see example or check manuals https://abantecart.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/AD/pages/15007876/Import
