Title: How do I connect via ftp client

Hi,

I am using File Zilla as my ftp client. I am entering my abante admin username and password with port 25. It refuses to connect (see attached image.)

Any ideas?

AbanteCart login and password is not related to your FTP or Hostings credentials

Most of host providers include a link with Filezilla to establish connection.

Here's some instruction regarding filezilla
the info you need here is usually the same as you use to access your cPanel 
so it is usually your domain name in the host,  and the user name associated in your cPanel  and that password.  It has nothing to do with AbanteCart
