I understand your frustration, but you still need to truly find the cause of the issue. You indicated you had installed the latest template version and still have the issue. So let's step some ways to try and isolate the cause, rather than guess at it.
If you have cPanel, using Softaculous you can clone your working site to experiment on. If you did not install your site using Softaculous you can import it into the Softaculous profile - just ask again here for how to do that.
Using your cloned testing site turn off your SEO pak, clear your system cache and your pc cache and see if you still have the issue.
