Title: Fedex trouble anybody can help please?

My Fedex extension is tested ok, buy when checkout for an order it shows below error.

Message: The length of the destination state or province exceeds the limit of 2 characters.

How can I solve this problem please? Thank you.

What is the state name and state code in address?

You can check State/Province code in your admin > system > localization > zones

I understand the reason now, do you mean we need to modify all the codes to 2 characters?
It must take a lot of work, there are total  3,947 different zones. Is there an easy way to modify please?

And in product page, we have turned off free shipping.
