Title: cache disable

Hi

        Nice to use abantecart  :) .I was to disable cache from  system > setting > system >.also read the topic from how to disable https://abantecart.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/AD/pages/7733309/Cache+enabled but not get what change  /system/config.php file in this file change this line "define('CACHE_DRIVER', 'file');" means i delete this line or what make modify in line,????????
           i just need to disable cache.i am confuse about it.Thanks  :)

To just disable change you should disable it in the Settings, please do not modify config.php

hi

           i was disable Cache file from system > settings > system Cache but it's Cache the file and use my more space in my storage.
there is any other point i will to stop Cache file.? i could not every day to clear cache file.  :)

You should stop/disable cache only for development purpose. Cache should be always Enabled

but i need to disable cache permanently i don't need cache because it's to many image in cache get more storage. so could you please tell me how to disable it.

Cache and image thumbnails are not the same thing. You can not disable image thumbnails generation. This will slow down website.

If you are limited with space you can run some optimisation for product images. This should compress images without quality loss
