Is Abantecart compatable with Plesk control panel?

I believe you are asking the wrong question -  AbanteCart is not dependent on a control panel.  Control Panel are the interface between a server (or cloud server)  and an end user of server.   And also on what your hosting company is providing for their servers unless you are running a bare metal server and want to "roll your own".

Hi!

well, Actually the question is correct. plesk is not supporting Abantecart in somehow. I tried that 3 years ago and then hosting company advised me to use Cpanel only if am gonna use Abantecart.

Hello.
Plesk is something to manage your hosting. AbanteCart is supported if you configure your server correctly. No matter is this plesk, cpanel on no hosting panel at all.  :D
