Title: reCAPTCHA Human Verification Error

Hi guys,

I have a quick question.

When somebody want to write a review, once completed and before submitting it, the customer needs to click on Google reCAPTCHA so as to verify the fact that he/she is not a spam bot etc.

But for some reason I get the following error (as seen in the attachment):

Human verification has failed! Please try again.


I did check the reCAPTCHA with Google etc and the keys and so forth do match.

Any idea where the problem may be?

Any insights would be highly appreciated.

Hi. Make sure you set domain correctly in reCaptcha settings.

Hi Basara, here is the thing: it used to work without any issues but someday it just stopped working.

Update (Issue Resolved):

Hi Basara, I was unable to pinpoint the reason of why the reCAPTCHA stopped working all of a sudden.

So, what I did to solve the problem was to create a new reCAPTCHA in Google and... now it works.
