Title: after upgrading i got this error when someone registers

This looks like your upgrade did not complete all the way and database was not updated.
Did you get any errors?
Try to upgrade again

well the page went blank during the update and I waited for an hour then refreshed.
and everything was working fine until i tried to register.

Something did not copy if you get this error. Check that file actually present.

FYI, upgrade is very fast and should not take long. If you run it via browser, you need to wait for browser to finish. If you close it or stop, upgrade will be incomplete and you can have issues
